alternate spring kits are designed to allow any MEC Excela-FloTM full size second stage or integral full size two-stage regulator to be adapted in the field for applications that require lower or higher output pressure than the standard 9-13″ WC adjustment will permit. Each kit includes an alternate spring, new bonnet label showing the new spring range of adjustment, and a detailed set of installation instructions for performing the modification.
